Sorry you failed your Ph'd and are having to re-take it within the next 12 months. Good luck second time round.

Admin reply: Thanks Rick. I thought it was all going to be over, or that they would give me a masters, but instead I have a bit more work to do.
Will it never end?

A very nice website. I don't agree with what you think about dogs though, I think cats are far more damaging to wildlife as they roam freely killing anything that moves. Peace be with you.

When we doing another walk, perhaps even an overnighter?

Admin reply: How about the end of August? After the 20th I am free as a bird!

Wow, it makes me feel right at home looking at all the pics. Great job. You are fortunate to be able to see all of that gorgeous scenery. Thanks

Love them or loathe them, dogs are a part of the countryside, like humans there are good and bad who leave their rubbish all over the place, not just in the countryside - most dogs however are far more intelligent.

Admin reply: Well said Gus! We don't dislike dogs here at Sussex Scrapbook, but think that if our small bit of advice to dog owners helps just a little, then it will have been worthwhile.

OI!
You didnt mention about the seafood orgy!

I wanted medical attention for scallop & oyster overdose too!

Admin reply: Dicky, if I could wish for any of my friends to die from seafood, it would be you!

Private post. Click to view.

Admin reply: Thanks Eliza. In response to your comments, yes we picked up the crab shell (we didn't handle the crab itself), the vole was in the centre of a path and could have been trodden on if we hadn't moved it (we nearly trod on it by mistake ourselves)and the slow worm although uncovered, was completely undisturbed. We do attempt to not touch anything but we do like to see the animals as well. Appreciate your comments though and we're glad you like the pics!
