Owl pellet dissection

We are fairly sure that this is a pellet from a Tawny owl.
It is the regurgitated indigestible parts of the owls prey.

First the big stuff

Then the smaller bones and dung beetle shells

Then examine and sort out the skeleton

Finally revealed, the remains of a wood mouse
