Pulborough Brooks - Mad stoat!
A quick visit in the afternoon to Pulborough Brooks produced both common lizard
and by good chance another young stoat. I came round a corner and there he was,
playing without a care in the world. He was totally oblivious to me until he
nearly ran into my legs!
The Common Lizard or Viviparius Lizard (Lacerta
vivipara).
