Eastbourne - Birling Gap - Seven Sisters - Exceat.
10 miles.
This was Troop Hike #19 for 1st Crawley Cubs and Scouts and the last time they were here was in February 2013. The highlight today was finding about 20 Bee Orchids right next to the path near to Beachy Head. The low point was once again finding the coastguard team at the cliffs and to make matters worse they were tending to the second suicide that day! We also saw the RNLI racing back to Eastbourne and we later found out that they had been on a rescue where two divers had died. What a lot of tragedy on such a beautiful day at such a stunning place.
