We set off from Horsham church out through Denne Park

We found a clump of about 40 Toothworts (Lathraea squamaria).
These parasitic plants grow on the roots of Hazel, Alder and some other shrubs and trees.

I was taking some pictures of this pig when suddenly WHAM..........

I got hit by an extremely powerful jolt from an electric fence!

There were some good sunny spells in the morning...

..and sleet, snow, hail and lots of rain in the afternoon
